The front door lock is finally fixed, but only after two weekends (one of which was Memorial Day).
Sad to say, the new paddle gets stuck in the open position. This means the door only works half the time.

Follow-up on the front door:
One tenant on June 29th wrote "Today I went out the back door to take out garbage and found the door open and unable to close
properly. The lock on the door is
completely destroyed. Most of the screws were ripped out as if someone deliberately did it. Tonight I come home and the entire outer front door lock is destroyed. The door handle on the inside comes off in your hand. Coming in and going out is going to be a big problem tonight and tomorrow".
Another tenant reported on June 30th that "we could not get out of the building this morning. Knob would not turn. Luckily the Porter was out side and used his key".
July 2nd, they have replaced the front door knob with something cheap and will probably break by this weekend. The vestibule door still sticks so half the time it is open. And the back door still does not lock.

Today is July 3rd, its 4:35pm and the PACC offices are closed and now the front, vestibule and back door are all broken. It appears we will continue to have no secure doors over the holiday weekend.

I came in this evening and the back entrance gate was open and the back door was wide open. I closed the gate and the door but the door does not lock.
